Production Team
The Penny Dreadfuls are managed & produced in-house by Idil Sukan. Atmospheric lighting and an epic soundtrack is an intrinsic part of the production; our technical director is the award-winning Neil Hobbs. The artwork, playing cards and other publicity graphics are painted and designed by Idil, and the majority of the photography is taken by both herself and Neil using Nikon DSLRs.
This year we will be joined by the excellent Edinburgh-based sound designer, Alex Macmillan, and award-winning puppet director, Jeremy Bidgood, on loan from Pangolins Teatime theatre company. Steve Greer is our associate production co-ordinator during the festival and provides invaluable support during August.
The Penny Dreadfuls are represented by Susan Williams for The Richard Stone Partnership. (www.vivienneclore.com)

Between 2003-06 she produced and performed with the Edinburgh-based improv comedy troupe, The Improverts (where the Dreadfuls all originally met).
