Thom Tuck
Thom is an actor, director and comedian. Alongside his work with the Penny Dreadfuls he has directed Six and a Half Love for Terry Saunders (Pleasance, Fringe 2010) and the award-winning Thankless Child (Pleasance, Fringe 2009). He is directing two shows for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2011.
As an actor, Thom has appeared in countless shows including: Gutted: A Revenger’s Musical (Assembly, Fringe 2010), The Hotel (The Invisible Dot, 2009), The Wrong Door (BBC3), Faust (BBC Radio 4), Geronimo (Kandinsky, Fringe 2006), Scaramouche Jones (Painted Face, Fringe 2005) & West Side Story (Mighty Aphrodite, Fringe 1999). He will hopefully be appearing in one play at the Fringe this year.
As a comedian, Thom runs two successful nights – tom:foolery (the comedy night where only people called Tom (or Thom) are allowed to perform) and The Alternative Comedy Memorial Society (a deliberately odd fortnightly club) and is putting together his first solo stand-up show wherein he watches all of the Disney straight-to-DVD movies so you don’t have to.
He also has lovely hair. Follow his blog here at dear the interwebs.
